Cut to:
The person sweeping is a woman with a bandage over one eye and a cigarette in her mouth.
She is humming.
When the doppelganger approaches her and asks for breakfast, she replies brightly that she should go into the house to see.

Only once the doppelganger has gone in does her face take on a sceptical expression.
Cut to:
The doppelganger enters and is astounded by the strange, brightly coloured, circus-like decoration of the house.

The scene is in semi-darkness. Looking around slowly, she hears noises coming from another room.
Cut to:
Shot from the point-of-view of the doppelganger, from below. A completely bald dwarf with a moustache is cooking a huge omelette while stood on a stool.

Sitting at the table is a middle aged woman wearing makeup and garish clothing; the skin around her mouth is ruined and red. She is a fire-eater. She is chatting to a contortionist, "balanced", rather than sat, on a seat in an absurd position with a cup of tea in one hand and a newspaper in the other.

As soon as the others see her, they ask her laughingly why she has changed, and tell her to go "up and call the other girls" because it is almost ready.

The doppelganger obeys, leaving the room.

The doppelganger remains hesitantly in the doorway.
Cut to:
Back in the hall, the girl notices a spiral staircase. She ventures up.
Cut to:
The door is closed; loud childish shouting can be heard in the room. The door handle turns slowly and the doppelganger appears in the doorway.

This time she cannot hide her amazement and terror. Five girls, all identical to her but wearing elegant gymnastics outfits, are playing, throwing cushions at each other and doing acrobatics from one bed to another.
Cut to:
Point-of-view shot close to the ground. A very short man is moving around in front of the house without any precise direction, looking around.

While he is wandering around, something attracts his attention. He turns suddenly and quickly takes a couple of steps back.

Just beneath him are the eyes of the buried girl. Their gazes meet.

Shot from the point-of-view of the buried girl. The snout of a dog approaches the buried face with curiosity.

She can't do anything but move her eyes.
